1. Introduction These Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) govern the use of the services provided by POSIBENEFIT Ltd (“Company”). The Service is designed to assist professional entities in their business activities. By using the Website and/or the Service in any manner, including through the Account registration process, the User or Guest declares that they (i) have read, understood, and accepted the Terms and Privacy Policy, (ii) have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement with the Company, and (iii) have the authority to act on behalf of the entity they represent. If the User does not agree to the Terms, they should not use the Service.
2. Definitions Unless otherwise stated, the following capitalized terms have the following meanings:

• Account – An individualized panel for the User to utilize the Service and/or the Website.
• Agreement – A subscription agreement between the User and the Company, outlining the scope and price for using the Service.
• API – POSIBENEFIT Ltd's application programming interface for integration with the User’s software.
• Company – POSIBENEFIT Ltd.
• Content – Texts, pictures, and other materials published, presented, or sent by the Guest or User on the Website or through the Service.
• Device – Equipment such as a computer, phone, smartphone, tablet, or other electronic devices that enable web browsing.
• Guest – An entity browsing the Website.
• Intellectual Property – Designations, inventions, utility models, industrial designs, works, and other expressions of creative activity subject to the Company’s exclusive rights.
• License – A non-exclusive right to personal use of the API and/or the Widget.
• Link – A hyperlink referring to another website.
• Mobile Device – A portable device such as a phone, smartphone, tablet, or other electronic equipment that operates the Website and/or the Service.
• Notification – Messages sent to the User as part of the Service.
• Other Websites – Websites other than the Website.
• Password – The User’s verification tool for accessing the Account, consisting of a sequence of characters entered via keyboard.
• Service – Collectively refers to the Website, Widget, and/or the API as provided to a User under the Agreement.
• User – An entity that owns an Account.

The above definitions retain their meanings regardless of whether they are expressed in the singular or plural.

1. General Rules Using the Service implies full acceptance of the Terms. The Terms apply exclusively to the relationship between the Company and the Guest or User. If services are provided by other entities through the Service and/or the Website, they are governed by the regulations shared by these entities. Each entity using the Service and/or the Website must use it according to its intended purpose as specified in the Terms.
